So a few weeks ago I got the opportunity to shadow an amazing photographer during one of her newborn shoots. Wow is all I can say. Shauna, you make it look like a breeze and you are seriously terrific at what you do. Well, Wednesday I have a newborn shoot, a practice one just to see if I can do it. I'm flipping excited! :D Wish me luck!
Also, I've been thinking of changing the name of my business. I'm not going to be Lauren Thrower forever, or at least I hope not. Eh, who knows. I have no idea what I'd change the name to. Ideas are welcome!

too little, too late..
So, recently I have thought of two, what I think are amazing, ideas. Except, I'm a little late.
- Uno: the beloved {as the bump grows} - I want to do a start to finish shoot, week 1 to week 40, REALLY bad! So please, please could someone just get pregnant for me?
- Dos: Clearly I thought of this one a little late. I had this awesome,
little(BIG)idea that Dad's could sneak off today with the kids and meet me at a location & take pictures for mom. I'd edit the pictures and get a canvas made just in time for Mother's Day. Well, lesson learned.Hopefully, next year my brain will work in a timely manner & there is always Father's Day. ;)
Hope all you ∙Mamas∙ have a great Mother's Day

Emily... the senior, ahh!
Well, where do I begin? Emily and her family lived next door to me & my family at least 8 years ago. She is only 6 years younger than me, but I remember babysitting her & my sister... and how I was wayyy too cool for those little kids, psh! Ha, come to find out, those little kids are way too cool for me now! Emily is beautiful and all grown-up now & I cannot believe I took her senior pictures the other day. Still blows my mind. Emily, congratulations to you. I hope you always follow your dreams and accomplish every goal you set for yourself. I'm very proud of you! :)
